"We arrived in Singapore at 6am and requested an early checkin which we were able to get. We had to pay extra for this which I didn’t mind. However as long term members of Hotels.com and returning guest I would have thought that would have been acknowledged and rewarded by a discount in the fee. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room very comfortable after a long 19 hour flight from NYC. "

"The room is big and clean and it’s located right on orchard road. Very convenient to access to the MRT station. It’s fully covered so it doesn’t matter if it’s rain or shine, you can access to the MRT and shopping center connected to it. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. "

"Located far from hustle bustle of the busy Singapore, I'd recommend this hotel for those who want to relax in a serene place. Everything was perfect here. The room, the bed, the bathroom and the amenities. They provided free minibar too. The food was great. Most of all, the view of the golf course was really peaceful and relaxing. A Complete 5 Star Experience
"What I can say is that the attention to details is what seperate the hotel from other luxury hotels. I think anyone who books a luxury hotel wouldve expected to be greeted upon arriving, to have enough amenities for their stay, to have comfortable bed to sleep in. The difference for us was the details. They knew we brought our son, so seeing us throwing away diapers, they prepared a diaper bin on our second day. Not wanting to disturb us on a late night request for water, they decided to knock and left the water using a bag outside our doors. Going out their way just to find us a taxi, ensuring to the driver that the destination is correct. These are just a few, might be trivial, but we really appreciated the gestures. Of course then we can talk about the breathtaking view from the room, also the complete breakfast, and the wonderful service from the staff. Had a wonderful experience staying here!"
