There is a complimentary breakfast with lots of selections to choose from. Enjoy the pool table, theater, kidsplay area, reindeer amd other activities on site. The chena river is right in the backyard and theres a great observation area to watch the northern lights"

"Beautiful resort and very friendly and caring staff! We’ve received a complementary room upgrade. Thank you!!!! The Cleaning staff was wonderful and the hotel manager Bassie rocks! The restaurants are just ok… with the exception of Sakura. Ask for Megan! She is so happy, friendly, and very informative. You will learn a lot about the local life realities and she will suggest the best dishes. We shall return …. In the summer :) "

"This was an interesting experience of being below 0 degrees for several days. The highlight was the fog sled ride with Cody as he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The ice museum was also interesting. The dip in the hot springs which felt like a hot tub with snow and ice surrounding me was a unique experience. We really enjoyed the greenhouse and geothermal plant. The aurora evening was somewhat disappointing as we chose an evening when they failed to appear. The ride in the AVT was...

"I had a positive experience during my 10-day business trip. The accommodations were comfortable and welcoming. The rules were clear and easy to understand. I appreciated the consideration shown, especially regarding the shared bathroom facilities, which was kept clean. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. "
