"The good- Friendly staff. Well appointed rooms. Decent rates. The bad- Called guest services at 3 am because of a drunk lunatic pounding on our door and no one answered. Loud drunks in hall disrupted our sleep. Someone needs to answer the phone. What if it was real emergency? Couldn't find anything to eat in hotel at midnight on Sunday night. Everything was closed except one place with enormous line. "

"The property is nice. Rooms are clean. Parking is $25 per day. Kinda high for a guest. Unless your diamond or above player. Also unlike Las Vegas you cannot have your kids walk thru the casino to be able to take advantage of the on-site dining options. Nothing close to go eat in the area. If you book on Expedia ALL of the extra charges are NOT what you paid on Expedia. Be aware is all. "

"The service was amazing. The room was as described on the website. To my surprise, the restaurant good was very good! Only issue I had was in the breakfast banquet room, the guy was very rude. But I spoke with one of the staff via text and they said they will address is with him. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is in the middle of everything!
