"The gem of a place is beautiful in blue and white reminding me of a Swiss chalet in some ways. Staff is very helpful. The assistant manager helped me with a limo to Pattaya which will take me straight to our hotel there. Had one dinner here and food was great. Breakfasts are amazing. Lots of good food and options to order off the menu for eggs and other things. Enjoyed a swim in the pool one day. We extended our stay here for four nights. Walkable to restaurants and shops and the pharmacy....

"This is an old luxury hotel who is maintained excellent. The room was big and comfortable, 5 restaurants with different menus like seafood, japanese, international mm. We enjoyed a week stay without urge to leave the area even once. The staff was impeccable, they urged to help without feeling intrusive at all. They have several pools and a private beach to your choice. "

"バンコクからパタヤまでマイクロバスを利用したが、バス到着場所からホテルまでの移動手段を自力で探さなければならず、ソンテウは10バーツで安いが、ウォーキングストリートの入り口までしか行けず、そこからウォーキングストリートを300メートル、上り坂を200メートルでお疲れ、帰りはノースバスターミナルまでホテルでタクシーを申込みしたら500バーツで少し高く、そのボーイが前の通りでタクシーを探してくれたが捕まらず、スマホのタクシーシステム予約してくれ120バーツでやっと行けました。このシステムがうまく使えると便利だと思いました。"

"Hotel sangat strategis dengan lokasi walking street dan pantai, tetapi sangat disayangkan. Pegawai reception nya kurang ramah untuk menyapa tamu hotel. Yg lebih buruknya ada pegawai reception meminta uang di karenakan dia menolong saya utk booking taxi. Yg pada saat itu tidak ada pegawai lain di sekitar dia. Tetapi pada saat saya ingin memberikan uang. Dia berubah pikiran, karena ada pegawai lain di sebelah dia. "

"The staff are THE best! You'd be hard-pressed to find a more congenial, caring and generous host than Fabrice, and his staff couldn't be sweeter and more helpful. They really make you feel at home, and I should know, because I chose to stay there for three and a half weeks. It was very clean and quiet. Of course, I was on the 8th floor. The street noise may be a bit louder down below. It's a little removed from the busy tourist areas, which to me was great. If you're looking for a nice...
