The room I paid for wasn’t ready at check in time. Took another room because I didn’t have time to wait around while they did a “deep clean” on my original room. They couldn’t give me a refund for the price difference on the downgraded room because I booked through a third party. Room was ok but the mattress was terrible.

The hotel was quiet and clean. The construction made it tricky to get to/from our building. The staff made check in easy and were very friendly. Our room was ready early so that was wonderful. Overall, I would recommend Hotel Lulu.

My first time staying here was a great experience that it made me book again. The second time around the room sink was dirty. It had some black stuff. Kids were running down the halls late and early morning.

The cleanliness of the hotel was great. But when it was time to go to sleep around 11 pm I can hear people talking. I can hear the outside noise. I can hear when people flush the toilet or showering. It was very frustrating to sleep. The walls are very thin.

Everything good as usual, we’ve always come to Lulu every time we come to CA, the only thing that I really didn’t like about this visit was the rush of the staff for us to leave our room, checkout is at 11am and they were knocking on the door since 9am, they even got in the room and when they noticed that we were there they left, same think happen around 10:25am when we were about to leave the room the employees were knocking on the door, opened the door and when they saw my husband they left, please if the checkout is at 11pm don’t rush people to leave beforehand, thanks.

First time stay here, and definitely would stay again. Hotel had plenty of parking, staff was great, they even let us do an early check in. Hotel is clean, modern and not far from the Disney parks.

Turned on shower 2nd evening, zero water. Entire building had no water due to mechanical issue. Offered a room in their second building only when I brought it up at10 pm instead of them reaching out first to actually let us know. New room had a clogged drain. This was our 2nd time staying here. First time was fine.

I was due to stay at this hotel and received a call from the front desk telling me that they had canceled my reservation due to a situation in the hotel. This happened on the day of check-in. I was left with no room and driving around Anaheim with two kids trying to find a place to stay. This was such an inconvenience, and I was told that I had to go and look for a different hotel to stay at. This was truly very inconvenient and upsetting. I will never book a hotel room at the Lulu Hotel. Just sharing my personal experience. Thank you

Their was no water when I got there one night and wasn’t any water the next day either .. luckily I had to leave the day after they had us shower at a different building..

Regular staff are very helpful with my many issues I had. However, the front desk manager gabby was unhelpful and flat out did not care. We started our stay out strong with blood stains on the comforters which the staff changed out and we’re helpful with, but the plumbing began to have issues and we were not notified until we’ll into the night around 10:30 by a front desk clerk. We were offered comped parking for the inconvenience and the option to switch into the next building as our floor did not have hot water. Spoke to my spouse about it and called back agreeing to move, the manager all of a sudden switched and said no comps and we cannot switch rooms and that the best she could do would be to ALLOW US TO SHOWER IN ANOTHER ROOM IN AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT BUILDING.. I have never heard of such an outrageous and infuriating bait and switch before. To top it all off, she said she would check the availability of the rooms which were previously confirmed by the other front desk clerk, and said she would call back in 5 minutes. We’ll come to find out 45 mins later waiting for her call we pack up all of our stuff and go down the lobby to figure out what’s going on and the manager just flat out left????????????? In what world is this acceptable? We had to explain the entire situation to the people who came in for shift change and Ramiro who is the assistant front end manager was very helpful and promptly resolved our issues. Avoid this hotel at all costs, book elsewhere.
