"Perfect location near the cobblestoned village with cute stores and cafes all around. The decor is beautiful and elegant. Everything is clean and tidy. "We had a wonderful week. We stayed in Villa 2, fully equipped and a big plus with its own swimming pool. Very nice and neatly decorated. Clean and everything available for a wonderful holiday. Everyone at Sezian was very friendly and helpful. "This is a family-oriented hotel/water park 15-minutes (20 euros by taxi) north of Preveza. I stayed 1 night then moved to another hotel in city center. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Clean, comfortable room. No amenities like even cups in the room, but got a cup on request. Great breakfast. Easy walk to beach."

"Tacky sheets barely covered the mattress so they came off during the night. The mattress was filthy (see photos). There were also hairs on the floor and on the mattress. The shower sprayed water all over the place. The towels were smelly and left a bad smell on my body. They also had holes in them and were worn threadbare. The floor was sticky in places.
