"Good location near the centre, payable parking at the hotel (13€), room and bathroom decent and clean. Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little. Other than that the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was good value for money"

"Nous sommes déçus de notre séjour en famille dans cette résidence. En effet, la résidence est excentrée et les navettes ont du mal à la desservir du fait des bouchons sur les routes de la station. Les chemins qui mènent vers plusieurs bâtiments de la résidence ne sont pas bien déneigés et il y a du verglas. Concernant l’appartement, la kitchenette est trop petite pour 4 personnes avec seulement 2 plaques vitrocéramiques et une literie médiocre pour une résidence 4*. Concernant le service,...

"The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail. "Great base, short walk to town centre and 5 minutes to ski lifts. We had young children and the walk from the lifts back to the accommodation with skis was too much, so worth renting a locker at the ski lifts"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to Chalets de Joy this year. The property is new, immaculately clean and spacious apartments. We love that the residence has the facilities of a modern alpine hotel, with the space and convenience of your own apartment. For winter ski lift access however, it is a 5 minute walk down a relatively steep hill with your ski equipment. We decided to drive down to the gondola instead, which was a little disappointing as we were not expecting this. "
