"I was not here very long and the pool closed early so I did not get to use it. The room was comfortable, but the laminated flooring needed repair. Mostly aesthetic. People in the hall could easily be heard which was disappointing. Overall, functional and comfortable."

"Great activities. Staff super friendly particularly Carolina and Carlos. The activity staff was excellent and never not something to do. Easy to meet people. I stayed in a single room which was excellent but others enjoyed their dorm rooms. The resident DJs are excellent and there is music . The pools and decks were another bonus and last but not least the two resident lobby cats Taylor and Jaguar were ambassadors offering themselves for pets . San Telmo is vibrant location . "Great team, willing to help. We had a double bedroom with private bathroom, the room was clean, had a good size and good possibilities to store your belongings. The bathroom was clean and big, with hot water, the trash bin is emptied every day. Only minus is the bed, which wasn't confortable and pretty noisy.
