"This is a great hotel with unbelievably good location right in the heart of Chicago. We enjoyed everything from amazingly clean rooms and great service. The only thing to improve is the availability of spa (which is currently renovated) otherwise it was awesome "

"The Drake, overall, is first rate. I’m imagining that Chicago winters are still very very cold. Because our room was very very warm. Bordering on unbearable. We had to have a staffer shimmy open a window. It was that warm. It’s like the room’s thermostat didn’t even work…"
