"The space was clean and stocked with dishes to use the kitchen. Easy access to check-in and I loved the digital lock pad. I felt like it was my own apartment with linens and a rug on the living room floor. Great lighting and plenty of outlets for charging devices."

"Clean, comfortable and great location. I think someone was giving a hippo tango lessons upstairs, though. It’s irritating that they make us not only pay for my own TV source (e.g. Hulu), but mow also pay for Chromecaster just to watch TV at the end of the day. Also note that the ground floor looks out into a parking lot and sidewalks, so you have to keep the curtains closed if you don’t want to feel like you’re in a fish bowl. Otherwise, it’s a fine place to stay. "

"I love staying at Sonder properties; they are always su much more than a hotel, however, the check-in process is always frustrating, and if you have a question you can't just go to the front desk, as there is no one on-site. You have to find a phone number buried on small print, then someone answers in India, and has to connect with a local rep and then get your answer. it is cumbersome, but as I mentioned the properties are always very nice. Typically they have a full kitchen, washer and dryer...

"Great location and nice property. There was miscommunication on the arrival time. The day before I was called and I told the representative that I would be arriving between 1:30pm and 2:00pm. I arrived at 2:00pm and the code would not work for the door. I called the concierge and they said the unit had not been inspected and would not be available until 2:30pm. They said they would call back, but did not. I also had an issue with the thermostat in the bedroom being locked. It took multiple...

"Nice apartment, clean and very new, only big problem was that at the moment they are building another block of apartments across the street. We were woken up at 5am daily with construcion workers and cranes banging about, after the weekend there was welders who work the night shift, banging around all night. Needless to day we didnt get much sleep. I realize this is unavoidable but I would recommend not renting till the building is finished, 2022 maybe. "
