"The owners are exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The motel is very easy to find and has a great location near 2 gas stations. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows! AC worked great and blew very cold! Roku TV with all the channels were available as well as a lovely welcome basket with a candle, candies, and other goodies. They had coffee and cinnamon rolls in the office in the morning. Highly recommend this place! It was a GREAT value for the cost!"

"Beautiful little spot right on the New River! The beds were very comfortable and the deck on the back was great to enjoy the river! It's pretty basic as far as amenities go - it was nice to have a full kitchen available. I would suggest putting in night lights in the rooms or maybe a lamp or two by the beds. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Enjoyed easy walk to river and State park. Sitting on porch was a nice evening wind down."
