"The bnb was beautiful and comfortable. The view was amazing as well. The building had a weird smell, but once in the room it was gone. The parking garage connected to the building was smelly as described, but was safe with plenty of parking. So much so we never moved the car from the garage once we arrived. Overall our experience was excellent. "

"The front desk went above and beyond to help me with my Expedia reservation. "

"DOOR KEYPAD ISSUES! Front lobby door to the street would sometimes simply just be open so anyone could come in? When we exited or entered, we'd wait for the door to lock (sometimes it correctly locked instantly). Our room keypad didn't work and after the first night it didn't work at all. But after a lengthy call and waiting - maintenance arrived quick - but had to replace the entire keypad. The new keypad still had some quirkiness unlike typical keypads (sometimes it would take a few minutes...

"We tried to wade through the maze of hoels in New Orleans and finally settled on Factors Row. Access was easy with the keypad codes provided and once in the property was very nice. The room was large and even stocked with some cooking essentials. Coffee and tea were provided as well. Another chair in the main room would have been nice but that was our only complaint."

"My family of 4 with 2 teenagers really enjoyed our stay. It's hard to find an affordable 2 bedroom with Kitchen so this was really nice. My daughter enjoyed the hot tub but it was too cold for the pool. They sent entry instructions and we didn't have any issues with entry.You can pay for safe gated parking which we did one night but we found on street parking and used the bus the rest of the trip. It was super easy to navigate. I loved the w/d in the unit. We'd stay again. "

"Staff and service: TOP NOTCH, especially the valet parking and front desk staff. Both so pleasant and made us feel welcomed. Thank you! As for the property, I feel like carpets need cleaning or maybe deodorized or something. Air freshener in the hallways would be nice too. Room 1507’s bathroom smells weird but overall, I would stay here again because of the location, price and of course the staff. "
