"Central location, near shops and restaurants and on the waterfront, with friendly and helpful staff. Optional breakfast buffet and they made us a packed breakfast for our trip out. Pool overlooks the sea and there is a large lounge to relax in plus a small gym. Room was clean and adequate with a great kitchenette within the room, cooker, microwave, saucepans, kettle and a full fridge freezer. We would stay here again. "

"Location was perfect for our stay. Information sent was perfect about obtaining the key and check in. Bathroom was smelly and toilet was leaking. Needed more bowls in the kitchen as well as a tea towel for wiping up. "

"노후화됐고 개미있음 근데 동남아 특성상 어쩔 수 없는 부분이라지만 청소는3일마다1번이라 수건교체못함. 셀프체크인이라 불편했음 미리 카톡으로 연락 주고받았어야했음. 화장실3개라 해놓고 그중2개는 변기/샤워실로 나뉜거였음. 수영장은 좋아서 사진 많이 남김. 저렴했지만 가성비가 좋진않았음 "

"When we arrived we realised i hadn't contacted the hotel the day before to get check in info - this was under check in knfo on the booking and i hadn't looked... We found a cafe with and contacted the owner who was really helpful and gave us the codes we needed for the door and instructions how to get there. We were in block E which we found really hard to find! Even once we found the room it was hard to find when we came back to it that evening. We didnt have access to mobile data which didn't...

"이마고몰 내에 있기때문에 기념품 구매나 택시잡기에 아주 용이하구요 3명이서 친구들이랑 묵기 넘 좋았지만 화장실에 개미가 나와요 ㅠ 살짝의 곰팡이도 조금있어요 좀 낡은 가정집 느낌입니다 불편함은 없었오요! 주방에 개미가 없어서 다행이죠?ㅠㅋㅋ 침대도 너무 푹신하구요 소통도 카톡으로 해주셔서 잘 이용했어요 수건도 부탁하면 넉넉히주시고 집이 시원하고 에어컨도 넘 잘돼있습니다 연인이랑 가기엔 좀 그렇지만 친구들이랑 같이 쓰기엔 넘 좋아요 강추입니다~ 샴푸랑 바디워시는 비치돼어 있고 나머지는 준비해 오셔야해요~ 아 비행기가 창문으로 지나가는게 보여서 넘 이뻐요 대신 시끄러운건 감안하셔야해요!"

"No toiletaries even basic body shampoo. So loud the plane every hour from 6am till midnight 1am thorough the day btaking off or landing. Very bad soundproof, even next door talk softly on the phone you can hear so clearly. Water not going down when shower and in sink Cutlery only 1 pair and still have lipstick stain on the cup. "

"The Apartment was fine, It was not clean but ok. We were instructed to pick-up the key and that went well, but in the apartment it was stated that we should have had 2, i Kontaktet the kontaktperson that we only had one and got no respons. The worst thing was on the night before your departure where at 11.45 pm 6 men came in in the apartment because they also had a key and a reservation. This is under no circumstances acceptable."

"Semula saya memilih hotel ini melalui online karena nama Sangrila, lokasinya dan ada fasilitas wifi di kamar karena kami akan bekerja di Kota Kinabalu.Namun ternyata tidak ada wifi dikamar sangat lemah, bahan tidak ada connection , dan hal itu juga disampaikan oleh staff di lobby, begitupun di lobby. "This is a beautiful property with an incredible reserve on site. There are so many beautiful positives about this resort. The staff are warm and friendly. We stayed in the garden executive suite which was great for us as as a family with 2 small children. The room was large with beautiful decor. The kids pool area was great for both kids (5 8). The kids club is included in stay and had several activities but neither of my children wanted to take part. There are several chargeable water ports...
