"I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. "Arrived on the Thursday, accommodation owner had no knowledge of my arrival and I was forced to contact hotels.com for the issue to be resolved. After this stay went ok. Room was clean and sheets changed without having to ask after 3 nights. Around 10 minutes walk to the beach but not an issue for me. Nothing stands out so an average stay. And for £18 a night not bad. "

"The hotel staff mislead us for pickup from airport. They refused to clean the room as we checked in after 7 by saying that they don't do cleaning at night. The staff was very rude no proper backup in case of power cut and we had to suffer for hours without AC or fan. Even the TV didn't worked and no dedicated staff for cleaning and other services."

"It has made a great impression in a very good way! If I’m going to north Goa in the future I will definitely stay here. Morjim Suset Hotel is one of the most beautiful properties that I have stayed at in Goa. Not only is it done up very well, the staff make the place even more enticing. "I'd never been to Goa and didn't really know what I was doing and got incredibly lucky to choose the Sere Resort. My villa was spacious and fabulous. Beautiful design and amenities, clean, and with my own private little pool. The breakfasts were fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Like i said, i didn't know what i was doing, and feel incredibly lucky to have hit a home run on my first try here in Goa. I plan on coming back and will definitely stay here again. "
