"We really enjoyed our stay at The PARKROYAL Suites , the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay, with some nice extras , the only complaint we had was we stayed 3 nights and on 2 nights we were disturbed by a broken A/C which leaked badly lots of water down on our cooked food , and then had on both nights service engineers in our room for like 30 minutes with cleaning service to follow , But at checkout we never received no thanks , not a word about this disturbance and then we got hit...

"快適な滞在でした。ツインタワーにも徒歩圏内でカウントダウンからの帰りも快適でした。また、エレベーターの数も多く大規模ホテルにありがちなエレベーター待ちもありませんでした。唯一の改善点はやはり老朽化です。特に巾木部分等が朽ちていたりしているのが放置してありました。機能的な問題はなくても少しの費用で更新出来て気分良く泊まれるので是非改善して欲しいです。"

"Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."

"The check in process was more clunky than it needs to be. Simply let me pay before I arrive online, or have the ability to take payment when picking up the key. Room was fine with a nice large room and wonderful view in a great part of the city. Towels were really old and should be upgraded. Bed was stiffer than it needed to be. "

"Room is spacious and very clean. Staff is helpful and professional. Breakfast is good but menu is very much the same daily. "

"Everything was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was amazing very close to surya shopping mall. View of petronas tower from the room and terrace was beautiful. Good amenities. I would recommend this place and would like to come back."

"Great hotel all around . Only comment is the staff around the pool/restaurant were not helpful or friendly . Didn’t want to open an umbrella and said all 3 were in maintenance (we saw someone using them the night before …)"

"It’s is probably the best stay I ever had in any country. Location is superb with monorail linked, a mall with plenty of grocery and dining options, location right in the the heart of city, brand new facilities like swimming pool and gym, polite staff. 5 star for me all the way. Thank you. "

"The ac and fan not working when we arrived. the wall was dirty. they left a dead plant in the apartment. one of the cushions was busted. the closet door only opened halfway - badly designed. tge freezer stink with durian odor left by previous tenant. I would not recommend this poorly-maintained apartment to anyone. "

"We had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and bright, and there is an overall good environment in the apartment. The hotel has a nice infinity pool with a great view over the city. The central location of this place is the best part, having walking distance to most of the downtown in the city. Cleaning could have been a bit better in some parts of the apartment, but the host was easy to contact and make arrangements with. We had no problem getting whatever service we...
