"The rooms were nice enough. They needed some updating in the bathroom, door was beat up and breaking on the bottom. The bottom of the tub was not installed right, when you stood on it you could feel water underneath. The elevator area was dirty and outdated. Arcade, lobby and cafe were very nice and clean. Parking is $25 a day, about normal. Breakfast very overpriced. Nothing included in this hotel. Also more fees when checked in. Overall what you’re paying it’s a standard value hotel."

"Second time here but as good as the first. Very well situated with easy transport to the parks. Pool facilities excellent and no complaints about the room or the meal choices. The reception staff were polite but not overly fuzzy but professional nonetheless. I was here with my autistic son and he loved a lady called Vitoria?? She served us once at the oasis bar and at the lakeview and she was very kind and my son thought she was a very nice lady and he isn’t easily pleased. She was...
