"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"We enjoyed a queen room on the 4th floor. It's the service at the front desk and the custodial staff that I really appreciate. So friendly, so clean, so responsive. Rooms are small, but we don't linger and instead get out and enjoy NYC. The location is excellent, the queen-size has a longer space for toiletries in the bathroom than the bunk pod, if this matters. I did ask to be changed to a different queen when the heat kicked on and the motor was loud. But the change was done with good grace...

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I had a room with a balcony which was nice even though it was winter. The only problem was that my key card kept malfunctioning. It was only good for one use and then I’d have to go to the front desk for a new one. I didn’t put it near anything magnetic so I’m not sure why that kept happening. Either way, the room was clean and comfortable, the hotel is near the subway and a few deli's and was a great stay for the price. "

"We came into New York to see a play and it was so convenient to be staying so close to the theater. Also it was so cold it was great to go shopping then walk back to the hotel and warm up. The staff were all very nice. The room was small, but perfect for 2 people. Bed was comfortable. There were plenty of outlets in the room to keep your stuff charged. It was strange that you have to keep a room key in a slot by the door to keep the lights on. But then you when you have to go to the bathroom in...
