"Service was great but there was smellnof urine in toilet so I cannot barely open the door of the bathroom. It smells really bad and was digusting so that i have to hold my breathe while i was using toilet. Also I was kind of afraid taking a shower because of the smell. Even though the place was comfortable and the breakfast was great, hotel needs to improve with the matter of toilet."

"Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zowel aan de balie als in de ontbijtzaal als de kamermeisjes. "Everything is good. It is located near the city of art and science (15 minutes walking). There's huge carrefour near the museums inside a mall (reachable by bus #35), so it's a plus. 10minutes bus to downtown (old town/ciudad vieja) and also estacion del nord.
