"This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had anywhere in the world. When we arrived the owner greeted us and said that we had not paid enough money on Expedia for the room. I told him we had paid in full for 4 nights. "Great resort for those with kids. Kids club and pools are staffed by friendly people who genuinely love interacting with the kids. End of year escapade

"My second time staying at Andaz Bali, forth time for Andaz including Singapore. I find the service quality consistent across the different places, a unique experience I have not found with other hotels I stayed. Compared to our first stay at Andaz Bali, my breakfast experience was greatly improved. There was so little waiting time for my orders unlike the first time when it took quite a while waiting time. Good improvement. Will definitely stay again here."
