"The first room we were put in the bathroom door was gone. Hinges were the but no door. It was a handicap room though. Maybe they took it off for that reason. However, it had a tub that wouldn’t have worked for handicapped persons. When we went to shower there was no hot water at all in that room and the little refrigerator was broken. "We were placed at the end of the hall near the exit, which made it easy to walk my two dogs. There’s plenty of grassy area outside and I felt safe walking them at night. "We specifically chose this location due to it stating there would be breakfast included and that was not the case. When we got up in the morning, there was a sign saying no breakfast. Additionally the no smoking room smelled strongly of smoke and there was a lot of noise late at night from other visitors which was frustrating trying to fall asleep. "Debbie is as sweet as they come. She goes above and beyond to help. BUT Room 138 had a flooded bathroom and holes burned in the bedding. Moved to 139. The room is horrible. There was no hot water at all. Poor Debbie had to work a double because no one came to relieve her. She was so tired this morning, she fell asleep and didn't get coffee going. This is no way to run a motel. "
