"The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Only complaint was that there was no bath mat or grip tape in the shower. This was evident when I slipped and fell while taking a bath! Other wise I really enjoyed my stay here."

"When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have...

"Hotel clean but too much carpet fresh smell in the rooms. Bathroom, bedroom and linens were great. Thank you, Housekeeping! It was a very quiet place to stay. No-smoking hotel but you could smell cigarette smoke in the hallway at night. My air conditioner in room 222 never worked correctly - I set it at 68 when I arrived at 430pm - it was hot when I came back at 1015pm. 80 degrees outside! No front desk staff to complain to. Set it down to 62 and finally some cooling by morning."
