"Clean property and friendly staff!"

"This is an old property with a lot of potential. The rooms are lovely but run-down. There were a lot of things broken in the room and stuff that needed updating. The pool was in rough shape as was the rest of the outside. Food on-site was excellent, staff were good for the most part. They screwed up and did not clean our room, we asked them to do it at 4pm and went to the beach for a while, came back and it was not done. The kelong room was beautifully presented and very clean and comfortable - we especially loved having two private decks with sunrise and sunset experiences. "Super pretty house that looks even better than the pictures! Very safe with guards outside, close to Batam ferry terminal and the driver provided (Mr Jeno) was friendly and accommodating. Overall it’s clean, big and just wow too good to be true. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back!"
