"Overall clean and the lobby area is bright and attractive. Elevator in the middle of the building was very noisy and had to be an irritant to those with rooms nearby. A huge parking lot that was mostly empty during our stay, so not really sure why we had to pay $20 per night for parking. It is walkable to the historic part of St. Augustine but a bit of a hike, particularly in 90 degree weather. The trolley station is nearby, though, so that is an option instead of walking. "

"We had a great time! No real complaints that were considerable enough to actually complain about. I will say that our room (101) was very conveniently located, and although I will tell you a couple of negatives, I did not feel that they were anything worth actually breaking up to the staff. The toilet did not flush properly. A few times we had to take the tank cover off, and wiggle something around, but it worked just fine after that. There was also no hairdryer in the room. "We didn't care there was no pool, and while it seemed odd to pay for parking, it was soon obvious that parking anywhere in or near the historic district is impossible.
