"This hotel served our purpose, which was to get a nights' sleep between flights into/out of Hanoi. The location seemed safe but it was off a run-down access road of the airport - not a neighborhood you would want to walk around. The hotel itself was clean and the room was adequate. We did not have time for breakfast in the morning. The pick up from and drop off to the airport was smooth. Again, this hotel was quite serviceable for our needs but not a place to stay for more than 1 night. "

"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)"

"Very close to the airport and though they can arrange their own taxi for pick up and drop off if you need, I was easily able to book a Grab taxi for myself from the airport to the hotel. My room was super clean and spacious. There were no issues with hot water. My room rate also included a simple but freshly made breakfast which was great! "I used their pick up service from the air port with an additional cost of 100k and it worked fine. As for the room, I was hoping to stay in non smoking room but it smells like smoke. There was water leaking from hand shower in the bathroom. There were enough hot water but shower head was not working properly. I had hard time to figure out how to plug in a electric kettle as all outlets were on the odd places. Also, there was room instructions provided in Vietnamese only and not in English. As...

"I extended my stay from 7 days to 10 days. I think it's pretty obvious I enjoyed my stay. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay like induction cooker, rice cooker, and washing machine. The gym is more than adequate. I used it quite often when I was there. No complaints. :)"
