"It seems that they are understaffed in the restaurant, but very quick service for the room service. The establishment looks like not in good maintenance, it's new establishment but looks older than it should be. When we were there, they are renovating the pool, so we cant use the pool. Location is great because it's near to the harbour for the land hopping. All in all, it's okay. "

"I think its very expensive for the condition of the room. This is an old resort. The pool has cloudy water. Lucky i stayed here on my last day after 2 week. I felt its a rip off and this place make me want to leave for home. "

"We stayed at the Billiton Hotel and Klub for two nights and loved everything about the hotel. The hotel is small, friendly and well designed. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the dining terrace is a lovely place to sit and the food is excellent. You can walk from the hotel to the nearest beach - the town is quiet and there is no traffic! The hotel organised a car for us to go to other beaches. The sand was magnificently white and clean. "It was pleasant to stay here. Hospitality is wonderful and all our requests were fulfilled with a big smile. The staff was always friendly and helpful and our room was kept really clean every single day. Value for money. "

"Comfortable. Small brand new hotel, clean and surprisingly high tech. It has in the premise famous Kong Djie which prepares the best coffee of several chain cafes we have visited. Amazing. But its smallish comes with unappetizing poor variety breakfast from inexperienced kitchen staff. We would definitely stay at this hotel again should we return to the area."
