"Great location (street foods or shopping centers) as well as for public transportation. Confortable and quiet rooms. A lot of choice at breakfast, quality could be improved lightly if you light traditionnal north american breakfast. It was not a big problem but some staff need more training (eggs not cooked enough, towels or tissue missing after the room was cleaned etc.). I would go back again."

"One thing that I like about this hotel is the location,very near to Bukit Bintang, but yeah if you go with lots of lugages it will be a bit difficult for you, well ...... since I just arrived from a very long flight with my mom and we have 4 big and heavy lugages, no one is helping us around. Lobby is a bit old but their room is minimalist, maybe they should renovates the lobby, our room is good, not so big but clean, the bathroom is good too, bright and clean. "We stayed here for 8 nights and were very happy. The location is very convenient with shops and restaurants within the apartment complex. The staff was very helpful and check in was very easy. One morning we had an internet problem and it was resolved within a few hours thanks to the staff getting on the problem immediately. "Really nice place and good location. Walking distance to bar street and Jalan Alor food street. Amazing view to Menars and Petronas towers. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom was also very nice. Wifi was quite slow, but met my needs. Breakfast was average and there is a small shop at ground floor. Check in /out was fast and I didn’t face any problems. I would definitely com back to this accommodation."

"We were at the location but couldnt get hold of the property’s. We called more than 10 times and finally managed to speak to someone told us the room is not ready. We waited more than 2 hours when another person called and informed us that he will clean the place first so wanted us to go out for shopping until 6 pm whatsapp me that room is ready.
