Lovely rooms, first rate pool and gym, nice lobby, very helpful staff, great location right near Jalan Alor and Imbi monorail station, and within walking distance of Chinatown. What’s not to like?! We won’t even consider staying anywhere else when we next visit KL."

"I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in. This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! "

Lisa was very helpful. Only negatives is that cupboards were a bit old, but that doesn't matter. I will certainly stay here again."

"One thing that I like about this hotel is the location,very near to Bukit Bintang, but yeah if you go with lots of lugages it will be a bit difficult for you, well ...... since I just arrived from a very long flight with my mom and we have 4 big and heavy lugages, no one is helping us around. Lobby is a bit old but their room is minimalist, maybe they should renovates the lobby, our room is good, not so big but clean, the bathroom is good too, bright and clean. Overall I am happy staying at this...

"Menginap 2 malam di hotel ini, pertama slot pintu tidak bisa dibuka, resepsionis tidak begitu menanggapi keluhan sampai harus naik turun 3 kali, alasan ada gangguan kartunya, sampai kita marah baru di panggil rekan nya ikut ke kamar untuk buka pintu. Posisinya hotelnya tidak begitu jauh dari jalan alor. Kebersihan lumayan cuma petugas bersihin kamar jam 5 sore loh."

"We were at the location but couldnt get hold of the property’s. We called more than 10 times and finally managed to speak to someone told us the room is not ready. We waited more than 2 hours when another person called and informed us that he will clean the place first so wanted us to go out for shopping until 6 pm whatsapp me that room is ready. Seems that hotel.com did not informed that we are checking in. I was so surprised with the kind of services that hotel.com is providing and reason not...
