The hotel staff were extremely nice and went above and beyond to assist us a few different times (though come with at least some basic Spanish). "It was a tired presentation of the room. There was no tea and coffee facility with in the room , no bar fridge nor ceiling fan or air conditioning. There was no replacement of soaps or lotions during the stay. We were in a family room and we had to ask for the mattresses to be replaced for the children because they were poor and not able to sleep in.
