"The place is rather far away from the train station which was the main reason I booked this location. A little disappointed. On the morning we supposed to check out, at 8:35am, a maintenance people opened our door and almost came in. It was scary."

"The front desk lady was rude, when I asked for next day ground transportation (which they offer) she simply said everything was full without giving me any options, the signs to find the room was very bad, but the lady did not even bother to explained how to make it there, breakfast included starting at 8AM, what about the people that had to leave early? the amenities were dirty, the room did not smell good neither. It was the first time and the last time I stay on a Super 8 hotel."

"The hotel was really nice and the rooms are clean and nice looking. Also only a 5-7 minutes walk from the Metra station and the bus station that gets you downtown pretty easily. Overall it was a really nice and located in a safe neighbourhood. The only negative about this place was that the wi-fi was very slow and sometime it did not work."
