"4 days of a cold shower and a broken bed. I will never stay here again and I suggest that anyone thinking about staying here to look elsewhere. Bathrooms were severely outdated."

"We liked the location. The room was our issue. There was dust on register and lamp shade. The toilet was so small and low as if it was for a kid. Struggle to get up! The air register ran nonstop even when system was turned off, so very noisy. The TV would black out for about 3 minutes and you had to change channels to get it to come back on to continue watching what we were watching! Losing much of the shows content. Make sure to check your bill before leaving. Our parking was included...

"Loved our stay! Staff was friendly. The food downstairs was delicious!!! Only one minor hiccup, we found a pair of shorts and men’s underwear in our room when we checked in. I just threw them out. Mistakes happen but overall we enjoyed our stay in Chicago"
