"We had booked the lake view king suite room which the view was not great. When we got into the room it was very hot and we tried to turn the ac on but the air blowing out was still hot. Definitely would not book there again "

"Hotel smelled musty cotton balls, our room reeked of must an smoke. Very poor cleaning was done in the room. Lamp cord even had clumps of dust, the tiles around the Jett tub and on the floor were broke, Jett tub wasn’t fully functional as some of the jets didn’t even work. The bed had 5 small pillows an no large ones which was weird. Bathroom sink was cracked.
