"I would not recommend this hotel. The property was extremely unclean. There was a dead bug on the AC unit in our room, and the bed was in poor condition, which forced us to request a room change. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. There were old mattresses left in the hallways and even a couch sitting in the parking lot. The entire place looked neglected and felt more like the setting of a scary motel than a hotel. Cleanliness and maintenance clearly are not priorities here....

"Hyatt was ok. I initially booked after my flight got cancelled, and I saw they had an indoor pool. The pool was small, the water was cold and you couldn’t even use the pool unless you didn’t mind children’s swimming lessons ,according to the sign, take place every night until 8pm, which is when the pool closes. On the listing, it showed breakfast included, but it’s included if you pay for it. The room was ok. The bed was comfortable."

"Shower didn’t drain and zero towels in room to start… shower leaked all over the floor Reno just isn’t done will prolly be much better when it is, a lot of chipped paint and broken/ splintered door frames for 259 a night… tv was also about 20ft from end of the bed.. at 40in you can’t see it lol"
