"I booked three rooms at this hotel for a speacial occasion trip to celebrate a graduation. At check in I asked if one of the rooms could possibly have some kind of view of the city. I was quickly told it was not possible as the hotel was sold out. I was very sorry that out of the 100's of rooms in the hotel they could not have accommodated even one of the three rooms booked and the check in clerk was not friendly about it. "Our room was a great size, comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. My only complaint is that the bathroom is a little dated and crowded but otherwise we had no problems. The hotel’s proximity to magnificent mile, old town and Gold Coast is great. We walked almost everywhere. The staff was very helpful and accommodating."

The plates, glasses and mugs were not enough for three guests - we had to ask for more. The air-drier provided was not working. The location of the suites is nice and very close to bus service.
