"Hotel is conveniently located to several great places. Easy to get to and from. Rooms a little worn. Need some upkeep. Staff always seemed to be bothered if I had a question. Overall stay was really good, but friendliness of some of the guest reception staff was not that good. Kitchen and bar staff were great."

Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. When asked what documentation (because there were no charges on the receipt) they used to assess the fee they “could not disclose” so it’s completely up to their discretion if they want to steal $250 from you.
