"Overall, a comfortable stay. Housekeeping came in daily to tidy up and provide fresh towels, which we appreciated. The 24-hour Starbucks in the lobby was also a nice convenience. My only complaint was the overnight parking fee; $40 per night felt pretty steep."

I am sure the hotel chain is streamlining customer experience and being efficient for their shareholders, but it sucks that...

"What a treasure hidden on a quiet street close to the lake and boystown. Charming facility with attentive, warm, professional staff. Parking is available for an extra fee and its well worth not searching for on street parking. It's going to be my go-to hotel from now on!"
