"Simple hotel but it has everything you need. The staff is very friendly. I stayed at this hotel to climb Mount Fuji. It was perfect for my needs! Bed is very hard but I like it. Breakfast simple but good. I would stay again! "

"We appreciated the kind staff and comfortable room and beds at this property, and that it gave us easy access to nearby restaurants and Fuji viewpoints. No trouble at all with parking, and an enjoyable hot spring bath upstairs for guests to enjoy. The restaurant did get extremely busy for breakfast and we had to wait a short time to get our seats, would suggest going very early (before 7) or toward the end (after 830). I would also suggest to the hotel to have all the food covered behind sneeze...

"I am finding that Japanese hotels are held to a higher standard than those in other countries with regard to cleanliness. This hotel is remarkably well kept. The staff were courteous and helpful. The check-in took less than a minute!"

"Hard to live here without a car, it’s far from downtown in a city without much commotion. Everything else is satisfactory but soundproof is a problem, can clearly hear other people and cleaning staff when they simply walking by outside, and neighbors accidentally banging on the wall is a bit scary at night. Nice view of Fuji tho"
