"It’s an older hotel under construction. A lot of activities for the family. The waterpark was very nice. Karima was so nice by the ice cream counter provided excellent service! The food at the grill is very good. Most of the restaurants were closed due to slow season. It’s only five minutes from Disney World great location"

"While this resort is beautiful and clean we had a few issues. First, it would have been wonderful to know that they will rent out many of the common areas (pool), restaurants and bars for private events. There was an event just about every night we during our 7 day stay. Some nights we were not able to use the bridge to cross to our villa so we (3 adults, 3 small children) had to walk around extra 4 buildings, other nights we were not able to use the main pool, sports bar or pool side bar. "When we arrived they didn’t have my room but they gave me an alternative room with a king bed, free parking, free appetizers, and drinks to compensate for the inconvenience. Marco is amazing. "Room was clean and all good. The elevator floor was very dirty and sticky. Public bathroom in first floor was very dirty. The sign "Check in " in front of hotel had a lot of mold on and looks very bad for first picture of hotel. However, the clean room made me positive picture and I will take it again probably."

"We stayed for one night and it was the perfect place to stay after a day at the theme parks. The rooms were spacious, clean, beds were comfortable. Its in a great area with plenty of restaurants near by. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The concierge was really nice too. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting the area! 5 star experience "

"Hotel bem localizado, super limpo, atendimento excelente. Café da manhã com muitas opções, única coisa que estranhamos um pouco foi o ar condicionado das dependências que estava sempre bem gelado mas era só colocar uma blusa e estava tudo certo."
