"There were lots of insect in the bathroom. Sheets were stained and window ledges covered with bird poop. Check in needs a RM 100 cash deposit and have to retain the receipt to claim the money back. Did not know this in advance since nobody said anything. No convenience store close by. Closest restaurants are in Kampung Cina which is about 10 mins walk."

"This backpacker hostel is truly fantastic! The hostess is extremely friendly, and the overall cleanliness, especially in the washrooms, is excellent. I just want to mention that there's a bar nearby that stays open late into the night. You might hear loud music playing from around 10 PM to 12 AM."

"Centrally located,easy to find not far from bus station and Chinatown. Lots of choice for food closeby. One chinese restaurant serves beer on same street if that is important consideration.
