"The staff here are excellent people. Nice. There was a rock concert across the street and I asked if we could move rooms to back and they accommodate. We stayed 5 nights only one was noisy because of concert. The staff cannot help that. Good breakfasts, good laundry services. Friendly, friendly, friendly. Wonderful people "

"Property is a bit noisy when neighbours are stomping about or dragging chairs, one was till 2am. The apartment goes full depth of the property so good sized rooms, Blockout on the kitchen windows needs improvement as the security lights penetrated all night. Overall a good property and value for money "

"Great place to stay we enjoyed our 5 nights at Ozo. The rooms were clean and pool and view were outstanding. The gym has reasonable gear although its a bit of a fishbowl and gets incredibly hot in the afternoons. "
