"We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english"

"This is an old property with a lot of potential. The rooms are lovely but run-down. There were a lot of things broken in the room and stuff that needed updating. The pool was in rough shape as was the rest of the outside. Food on-site was excellent, staff were good for the most part. They screwed up and did not clean our room, we asked them to do it at 4pm and went to the beach for a while, came back and it was not done. "Amazing stay, friendly staff, clean room. Beautiful environments, especially the restaurant area close to the water. Even though it was low season and few people we still got immediate help to get on a snorkeling tour. We also had fun with the ping pong table and good encounters with the manager."

"Ease of check-in/check-out. Some of the staff can communicate in basic English. The room was unhygienic from the roaches appearing in random places. Window handle was broken so couldn't get fresh air. Either had to on the aircon or go out for a walk for fresh air."
