The staff did try to help us; but, it was promised to be fixed by two days after our arrival It wasn't repaired until two days before our departure. Very disappointing."

"We were a group of 2 adults and 4 teens. I booked a suite with 4 bedrooms. We were hoping to spend time together in the living room as a group and then as people were ready to retire to bed, they could go there and then the rest of us could continue to gather. When we checked in we were provided TWO 2-bedroom suites in the same building, which was not convenient. I told the polite woman at check in that we booked a 4-bedroom and she said "they were sold out". How can you allow me to book...
