"Fint hotel, god beliggenhed, meget sød receptionist - Milady. Hun var meget hjælpsom og venlig samme var dørmanden Michael. Vi bad om at få fikset vores afløb 3 gange, da det var delvist tilstoppet, men det blev ikke fikset. Værelserne ser meget større ud på billederne, end de er. Der er meget larm fra aircondition. Hotellets egen bar er lukket, så det bliver ikke en topkarakter herfra. "

"Everything was good except we had a broken refrigerator in our room that didn’t get replaced until halfway through our 2nd day. That was unacceptable considering the price, also it would be nice to have microwaves in the rooms and not have to come down and use the one in the lobby."

"Everything was great except it was difficult to find a space to eat breakfast both mornings and with having a child with a handicap and trying to hold breakfast for her and her twin sister am trying not to spill it before we found a spot was extremely difficult sat morning wasn’t as bad as Sunday was. Could there be at least one table reserved for handicap only ?"

"Great location and nice room. The bed was too soft for our liking and it surprised us that we had to pay a higher price than expected (30$). It was very nice that the staff surprised us with an anniversary present - champagne and chocolates!"
