"From my perspective, the hotel as a whole was in need of renovations. It's an older hotel, so the antiquated nature of some of the rooms is understandable. And for the reasonable price, one can't complain too much. There were a few rooms that were simply undesirable to stay in. So hopefully those might be the first to get renovated. Or they should simply not be available to paying customers. "

"The bed was too soft, and the pillows flattened out with no support. The toilet paper was so cheap it soaked thru instantly. The bidet was nice, especially the heated seat. 5Fifty Five restaurant was good for a quick meal, we had burgers. "

I can look over lil things, like the vanity lights not working, but for the second stay again?! Plus, one my pillow still had makeup stains on from a previous guest! I didnt notice this until later so I don’t bring it to their attention right away at check out. It’s a nice hotel, great location. The staff can smile bit more too. "
