"No hair dryer can be provided, even provided, a bit melt and I’m not dare enough to use. Have seriously ants inside the room and my bread for next morning breakfast all full with ants! Only good thing is this is nearby a mall that I need to visit. I was booking for 2 nights but I change hotel in second day."

Our apartment in fact, despite being booked months in advance, wasn’t even ready…so we stayed in a temporary setting until the one we booked was ready. "Overall is okay. For the toiletries, it is not complete, it would be great if they also provide tooth brush and tooth paste. In my opinion, the receptionist need to improve in behavior especially in talking with the customer. The welcome feels cold vibe, no smile at all, the tone like there no soul. Receptionist is important as it is the front liners of a hotel."

"The hotel is simple but decent, located pretty close to waterfront and most places of interest are in walkable range from here. You can find bars, restaurants (the is a good breakfast restaurant right behind and the famous Ceylonese Restaurant next to it), 7-eleven. The was a slight funky smell in the shower and this could be improved. They also let us check in early which was nice bonus for us. "
