"This was a delightful property in keeping with the style of the island. A big hotel would have seemed a waste. Every morning we woke to a wonderful view of the bay and a 5 yard walk to the beach. David, the owner, was charming and very helpful. He made our stay a real pleasure. We chose to have breakfast and dinner in house, prepared by Davis and his wife. "7 nuits passées au Shanoa. Très belle expérience. Le lieu est atypique avec ses bungalows circulaires. Situation magnifique sur la plage de Gravier. Le bungalow est confortable (même si le mateals bouge un peu trop) , équipé de rangements et d'un frigo . Salle de bain attenante . Propreté irréprochable et ménage fait tous les jours. Petit déjeuner copieux avec fruits différents presque tous les jours . Fred et Clara sont accueillants , veillez à bien respectueux les consignes données par Fred......

"Nice small lodge in a very nice location of the island. Good food even if there is not much choice. Good service, friendly staff There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms and the access road to the lodge is quite bad, fortunately only for a final short stretch. It was a good experience "

"A lot of the staff were really friendly and helpful, unfortunately the Manageress lied to us about needing our room for maintenance due to flooding, the hotel had clearly overbooked. The alternative accommodation offered was of a very poor standard. No apologies were given. "

"Hotel gestito da locali e per locali, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, cena compresa con pietanze di buona cucina (tutte le sere si può scegliere tra due piatti proposti al mattino a colazione). Le camere hanno qualche visita a sorpresa di insetti ma essendo un isola tropicale è abbastanza comune. Wi-Fi compreso ma segnale limitato alla hall, in camera purtroppo il segnale non arriva. Piscina al momento della visita chiusa per lavori di manutenzione. Consiglierei al management di indicare meglio...

"A lovely B&B type stay, a short walk to the beach and with 2 meals provided. I may have missed some of this when booking but it all contributed to a special stay. To visit Rodrigues is to meet Rodriguesans and this place is run by a lovely woman and her assisting family. Loved it!"
