"We chose this hotel because it was close to the Metro and Pantages Theatre. Location was so convenient. Everything was in walking distance. We would definitely book this hotel again next time we plan another visit. "

"The suite we stayed in was a separate living room, with a door between the living room and bedroom which could be shut. It also had two bathrooms (one ADA and one standard) I had both knees replaced in June and September, 2024. I am still apprehensive taking a shower without grab bars. The ADA bathroom accommodations included a standard shower head, an adjustable/handheld shower head, and a large shower chair. There were lots of grab bars to choose from. "Hotel was up to date. Room was very comfortable and clean! Check in we were told there would be complimentary breakfast, only to be told the next day there was not any. We tried sitting in the lounge to see if there any breakfast we were willing to pay for, but there was no staff on site, so we went out instead. "

"Had a fantastic stay. Guest service was phenomenal and I had zero issue with my room. They gave me a paper that said breakfast was 7am-10am. When i wanted room service the next morning I called at 9:02am but they said breakfast had already ended. I told then about the paper I was given and they immediately apologized. I wasnt too upset since I could just go back to sleep. 5 minutes later front desk called to tell me they'll give me a gift card to nearby dining options as an apology for the...

"This property was in a great location for restaurants and to walk to the convention center. However, there are a lot of unhoused people on the streets nearby which made me feel a bit unsafe as I was traveling alone. It was also very dirty. Trash, feces, etc on the sidewalks. Police did have a presence outside but not at all times. "

"Hotel was clean, room was spacious. My only complaints would be that the shower knob needed to be tightened because it kept falling down and getting too hot! The pool smell was quite strong in the hallway the first couple days which is understandable when there was about of kids around! Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was dark with the blinds closed which helped with sleeping in! "

"This property is a close walking distance to the Minneapolis convention center. It was very convenient for my event. The rooms were clean and welcoming. The pool was smaller but still enjoyable for my family. "
