"Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our 2-day stay. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. Also, we heard no noise in the hallway or in neighboring rooms even though it was a weekend. We were in town for a Hornets game and the Residence Inn was the perfect location to stay at.
