"This is our fave place to stay in Branson. They have so much fun stuff for the family to do. The rooms are so spacious and clean. This time we were only able to get the studio due to availability. And even though our preferred room is the full size room, it was really great and suited our family well! "

"This is an older property but it is well maintained and has all the amenities including a reasonable breakfast buffet option. We were pleased with our stay. "

"The place was super nice!! Looked like the pictures. The bed was heavenly. My only issue was sound travel. There were kids above us and they were incredibly loud and banging on things everywhere at seemingly all hours. I just wish the sound proofing was better in that aspect."

"It was a nice, safe place. The view from the patio was nice. The lawn on the golf course was well taken care of. The squirrels were definitely entertaining. The stay was comfortable. The property had a few issues mostly small things. The patio door was hard to open which could be difficult for older occupants. The HVAC unit is on the porch which was a little loud since it is right outside the bedroom. We would stay there again. Parking was good which is great compared to many places. "

"We absolutely loved our weekend at Our Landing Place. Immediately upon walking in I told my husband “I don’t normally do reviews but this deserves a good review!” So, here I am! "A very clean and comfortable place to stay. No views to be amazed by, but still a relaxing place to unwind. Very quiet, and safe in our experience and expectations. I would stay there again. Why only 4 stars? Because even though a very clean place. The vertical blinds to the sliding door in back is missing 7/8 blinds which gives you no privacy. "Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay at 3 Bears. The condo was well laid out, comfortable and all the appliances worked. The beds were very comfortable. Security was good and the area was quiet. However we have one very significant complaint. The TV in the living area was next to useless. It is apparently set up only for streaming. The station choices were awful. Some shows ran for about 15 minutes than said you had to download an app to see the rest of the show, which a renter can not...
