"The staff was friendly. The rooms were nice size and clean. Always remember to look for hidden fees. I was double charged for a weeks of parking. When addressed it they didn’t seem to care about there mistake. "

"I loved the location of this hotel. It was near the Navy Pier and walkable to many dining and bar options. Close enough to the Loop trains and the river walk. I felt no issue with safety walking around at night on the weekend. The rooms were clean & comfortable. I am used to city sounds so being on the 5th floor where I could here some street noise and trucks was not an issue for me. "

"Property was nicer than some of the reviews I read, but it does need some updates. Bathroom had broken tiles and not as clean as usual. Convenient to area events. Hotel was hosting several events, but never even noticed. If room faces highway, very loud. "
