"Wir waren zum fünften Mal in diesem Hotel, es ist noch okay, leider hat der Service massiv nachgelassen besonders an der Rezeption ( unfreundlich, aggressiv, in sympathisch und versuchen alles zu verkaufen), hauskeeping ist langsam , nur im Restaurant ist der Service ganz okay. Dir Möbel ist veraltet besonders im Wohnbereich und auf der Terrasse mit Whirlpool kannst du vergessen, ist dreckig und zum abreißen geeignet. Leider "

"Dream location with a great pool and staff. We had a room with a pool on the patio but the room smelled like a basement. Its probably from the pool where the tiles are all green from the water. Not plesent. The breakfast and service from staff are 5 of 5. "

"Beautiful property. The staff were incredible and so kind, friendly and willing to help. The beach was private and we didnt experience any sandflies. The scooter we rented was in great condition. Snorkels and paddleboards were complimentary which was a nice touch. Breakfast was wonderful. The hilltop rooms had beautiful views, the only thing i wish is that there were more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels but they do provide a rack outside. A perfect stay! "We loved the pools and the view from the hotel across the beach and out to sea. The staff were incredibly lovely and the splash pool and slide a hit with the kids. The morning yoga was wonderful the restaurant food was good too. The only downside for us was that the property is in need of some renovation. Broken tiles in beach pool, proves missing their thatching, our outdoor shower was unusable as filthy and in poor condition. The indoor shower was a handheld standing or sitting in bath so not...

"This hotel is great! We stayed here over Songhkran and the staff really involved us in the celebrating. The staff was generally so service minded and joyful. Our kids of 9 and 12 loved the water park and the family room close to the beach was newly renovated. Everything was 10/10 except maybe the food which could have been better. But there are other restaurants near by. "

"Séjour idyllique, nous avons pris la chambre avec piscine, le cadre est magnifique, la chambre est magique seul bémol le jacuzzi qui est a l extérieur est vétuste et paraît sale ( il ne l ai pas mais du a la vétusté il n est pas attirant) la piscine est propre ce qui n est pas tjr le cas des chambres avec piscine , le petit déjeuner royal , vous trouverez de tout et très bon et le personnel est au petit soin...... "

"Personal nicht besonders aufmerksam, sind ständig am Handy.nicht ganz leicht was zu trinken oder zu essen zu bekommen ohne Aufforderung. Villa kleiner als beschrieben, und dunkel. Handtücher für den Strand sind muffig. Strandliegen super und schattig und ausreichend vorhanden. Viele essensmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. "

"We stayed one night and this hotel suits well for this purpose. It is clean and they even have a small pool. The staff is nice and ready to help. There is a strange smell in the rooms, but again for one night it's OK. "
