"We had hard problems when we made the payment of the room to get the invoice in the name of our company. At the end, I needed to call Hotels.com and this way we finally got the invoices in the name of the company that owned the Visa they charged with the price. For the rest, the staff was wonderful, the service great, and the hotel very convenient. I liked it and we will repeat (I hope not to have the problem with the invoice again there)."

"Great location!! Only a 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower and the metro is right outside. Supermarket just across the road and an amazing bakery a few mins walk away. You could hear the metro from the room but it didn’t keep us awake. "

"Our room was a couple of blocks from the Eiffel tower in a neighborhood with a fantastic bakery on the corner as well as surrounded by some great restaurants & a train station. The afternoon free snacks, tea and coffee were welcomed. The bed was super comfy and the 2 chairs opened into regular comfortable twin beds allowing our 2 kids to have their own bed. "Ho soggiornato al Novotel in occasione di Retromobile 2025. Nonostante la zona fosse trafficata l'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione ma fuori dal caos. Camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. L'affaccio sulla strada non crea problemi perchè il livello di insonorizzazione è ottimo. La colazione è a buffet molto varia e ben fornita. Mi sono piaciuti gli spazi comuni e la cordialità di tutto il personale. Consiglio a tutti quelli che devono stare zona fiera."
