"Everyone at this hotel was incredibly kind and hospitable. From the moment I walked in the front desk staff made sure I felt welcomed and right at home which is exactly what I needed. My room was beautiful and clean with all the amenities I needed. The restaurant had minimal offerings but every dish was delicious. Both morning and evening staff in the restaurant was attentive and helpful in helping me decide what I should eat. The gym was perfect even though the machines were a bit outdated...

"Als wir im Hotel ankamen hatten sie unsere Reservierung nicht erhalten. Wir mussten ca 2 Stunden teure telefonate führen. Wir mussten die Summe vor Ort noch einmal bez und E-bookers erstattete unser Geld zurück. Die Zimmer waren kaum Gereinigt, böden gar nicht, im Badezimmer waren weder Handtücher noch wc papier. "We loved our stay at Riad Cle De Sol. The Staff were so lovely, friendly and attentive, however the hotel is located in a very rural area and you will be charged quite a bit for transport to and from the hotel and in and out of the city. We definitely paid more than expected on taxis and transfers. Although a bar is included in the amenities, they do not serve alcohol and the cocktails on the menu are non alcoholic but still delicious - though they should just come under the 'smoothies' section...

"The gardens and the whole grounds were beautiful and filled with hidden surprises with rooms tucked away in all number of nooks and crannies amongst groves of scented bushes,roses,palms, herbs and cactuses etc etc. some areas were tired and definitely in need of repair but this did not destract from the charm and character of this wonderful retreat."

" We wouldn’t usually go to Marrakech in July and the temperature was 38-42 Celsius! However the bedroom air con and availability of parasols by the pool made it enjoyable to relax.
