"Great location. Rooms were very clean. Staff was efficient and nice. Rooftop bar was great. Valet parking is expensive but there’s a parking structure directly across the street that’s secure and much for affordable. I’d stay here again!"

"This hotel has a lot of style & is clean & comfortable. I appreciated the Aesop products in the bathroom. Housekeeping every day! Almost unheard of now. The staff was friendly & helpful. People love to complain about SF Civic Center, but I walked to the ballet and back alone at night & had no problems. In fact the whole area looked cleaner to me. I’m rooting for San Francisco to make a come back! In any case, I’d stay at Hotel Proper again."
