"We went on Easter day and the property was clearly short staffed. The lazy river didn't open until 5pm, the Surfside grill was only open from 1:30-4pm- but food was served within a reasonable time. The poolside bar only had 1 bartender-- friendly and efficient!!! One of the 3 restaurants didn't open at all for dinner. The staff they did have were very accommodating and kind!!
