"Location was very good. We had an issue with the room next to us having a party, it was handled immediately. The Manager on duty 3/27 was WONDERFUL - we arrived at about 2 am and he was great. The food at the restaurant was excellent, but there were very few options. They do not answer the phone for in room dining. Also, one of the bartenders was incredibly rude to a guest and said 'You are asking for too much for free' as the guest walked away when a guest had asked for some silverware butter...

"Very close to everything. Perfect room for the money spent. River view was unexpected and really nice to have. Check in and out was a breeze. Not updated but again for the price can’t beat it. The only complaint would be the elevator issues- 1 elevator and had issues with it going past floor 10 and it sled forever to move. Other than that I’d come back "

"The best features of the hotel is the staff. From all receptionists, servers, valet and the cleaning lady, everybody was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel has an "old soul" feel and could use sprucing up just a little. Not too many options for dinner in the area. I do highly recommend this hotel when you are in Chicago for sightseeing or leisure time."
