"saya booking awal untuk 1 queen bed kan. trus dirubah jadi total 5 kamar itu 2 queen bed dan 3 twin bed. pas check in, malah cuma dapet 4 queen bed dan 1 twin bed. kecewa banget sih. apalagi front desk tanya, siapa yg kmr menjanjikan di telp. saya engga tanya namanya, tp yg di telp bilang sudah take notes. padahal saya sudah datang lebih awal untuk early check in. sebaiknya kalau tidak ada, ya diinfokan saat saya telp ya. tidak perlu take notes. jadi saya pikir kan sudah confirm bisa ada 2 queen...

"Staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out takes way too long. Long distances to walk to the room, no elevator. That was hard for my pregnant wife. Rooms less fancy than on the pictures. Restaurant quite expensice, in particular for what you get. niy portion and tasteless. Nasi with prawn includes 2 prawns and tasteless nasi. Beverage even too expensive. Unfortunately there's no restorant outside close to the hotel, so you're dependend on the hotel restaurant. Shop in the hotel closes at 8pm...

"I’ve stayed at Hotel Kristal many times over the last 15 years. The staff are most friendly and accommodating and the pool and Satu Lagi Bar are great. I will stay there again if in Jakarta. If I could point out anything on the negative side, is the facility needs a facelift. My room, for example, was clean but clearly showed signs of wear and tear.
