"It was comfortable and clean!"

"The bed was the most incredibly comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Like resting on a pillow! And speaking of pillows, all the ones on the bed were fluffy, with different firmness to fit any taste. I unfortunately was in a car accident the morning of my arrival, so each day my body was in pain but it was easy to stay in bed all day with such a restful comfy cozy bed. I appreciated the cuddly pillow doll that kept me company each night, I was alone but genuinely didn't feel lonely because of it....

"Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The only thing I'd bring up is that a few other co-workers and me were charged for valet fees for multiple nights during our stay even though we didn't have cars for this visit. The desk staff were very accomodating and removed the charges from our folio, but there does appear to be some problem with how valet charges are handled. Would suggest looking into improving that. Otherwise, it was a great stay - Thank you! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone was kind and helpful. I appreciated the water in the lobby, the restaurant had a delicious brunch menu, and the service was impeccable. The margaritas were absolutely delicious that were offered during the happy hour… And one employee was so kind to give us a margarita, even though we left our token in the room. Everything was clean, and the room service did a fantastic job. We will definitely visit here again. "
